Hard day at the office....

5.15am waking and 'extreme' soft play has worn little Noo out! Some people have all the fun!

Meanwhile, I really have had another hard day at the office, preceded by a hard workout in the barn at the gym. T'was freezing!!!! I managed a 7k run in daylight after work (as Noo was sleeping) and now I'm pooped.....
