South Shore Park

I stopped on my way home from work & took a lot of pictures here, but the aqua & white colors are always my favorite combination so I chose this one. The "lines" that you can see in the water are caused by the layer of ice cracking in spots. There are a pair of ducks just off the point, & if you look beyond them you can see a whole lot more of them floating in the water on the far side.  Lots of geese just standing around on the ice off to my left, & hundreds of seagulls gathered on the ice just a little further out. Really felt mild today, as there's not even a hint of wind--I think the temperature reached 34, so we were above freezing for part of the day!! Yea! Happy weekend! :)
