6. makes me smile
I love this quilt and enjoyed bringing lots of quilts and fabrics back from our travels in India, never using them there in the humid tropical climate but looking forward to snuggling up with them back in the cold of the UK winter (/all year round). The children play with them more than with any toys. They are often used in building forts or caves, seized for wrapping up toys as patients in toy-hospital; the children love setting out small world scenes on them, curling up on and with them. But this makes me smile even more as for a few minutes this quilt is mine all mine and I shall enjoy the temporary silence and space.
