In the steps of Scott and Amundsen
You can tell this is MrsB with dog Donna. MrB doesn't do "foot" and would have converted his Eicher to take caterpillar tracks just as TBay posted on a recent Tractor Tuesday Blip.
Like Sir Edmund Hillary's Ferguson tractors, his big Eicher Mammut has a Ferguson gearbox. Not sure what the small Eicher has. MrB would tell you his air-cooled engines would have been more suitable for the arctic.
I think MrsB and Donna were out delivering the result of MrB's trip to Regensburg last weekend - a wild boar. He has all the certificates to butcher game himself at home. If one has reserved well in advance, there is the chance of a good roasting joint. We hadn't! I did have roast wild boar once and have to say it was very good.
MrB also has a good line in wild boar pate and salami. He doesn't waste anything but whether or not he makes key rings with the tusks, I don't know.
Thanks for the "rescue" Blip Mr&MrsB. Apart from mucking out, today was a stay indoors day. There was a biting east wind making it very unpleasant.
