Carl

This is Carl, one of the Oaker faithful who is always in the stands to support us. I believe Carl hales from Texas, so he carries this great Southern drawl. He sits court side, and he loves to good naturedly rib officials. His favorite protest is his famous bellow: "Hogwash!" Except when he says it, it comes out, "Hoag-wash!" Gotta love loyal fans like Carl.

We lost a very tough game tonight by five points to the #1 team in the league. Our defense was excellent, but we couldn't score if they had locked us in the gym with ladders. A wholesale frustrating loss, or as Carl would say, "Hogwash!"
