Another day, another concert

The Perth Festival of the Arts is in full swing now and today I was on duty at a lunchtime concert in the beautiful St John's Kirk. The sun has finally come out and there was a good attendance for The Perth and Kinross Big Band, who gave a thoroughly entertaining and polished concert of foot-tapping big band numbers. The highlight was their conductor - and my old woodwind teacher - whose witty introductions to the pieces and stories about the various members of the band had everyone laughing.
