New era. Same old crap!

John hasn't been to a QPR game on a Saturday afternoon for quite a while because he works on a Saturday. He had a day off work today and we were both looking forward to the match to see how we would get on without Harry Redknapp. Surely it couldn't be any worse than the rubbish we've been served up for the past two years.

How disappointed we were. QPR really were poor today. Our passing is appalling. Every time we have an opportunity to break there is so little movement by the team that within a few seconds we're back in our own half and all the opposition players are behind the ball.

Despite this, it still looked like we might scrape a goalless draw until Southampton scored in the third minute of stoppage time. Even then we still managed to get the ball in Southampton's net a minute later but it was ruled out for a foul on the goalkeeper.

Final score: QPR 0-1 Southampton

Supporting QPR really can be depressing. I'm resigned to relegation regardless of who the new manager is. I can't see any manager turning round this shambles of a team.
