Women in Property at Venturi's Kitchen

I am at the end of my year as Chair of the SE Branch of Women in Property. Traditionally the Committee have a day out and this year we decided to to to "Venturi's Table", an Italian cooking experience, at their kitchens in deepest Wandsworth. We made tagliatelle from 1st principles, ditto pesto, chicken involtini with stuffed tomatoes, peas and sauteed potatoes. With Meringue roulade to round off. And then we ate it, of course! Washed down with prosecco and white wine. Delicious and lots of new skills learnt. 

Just as importantly it was great to spend time and chat with friends who we usually only see briefly at our monthly meetings. Once again: good food, good wine and good company - the essence of the pleasures of life! It was a great day.
