Happiness

Started the day with a 40 minute walk from Wrenthorpe to Pinderfields for a steroid shot to my osteoarthritic wrist, followed by taking Elliot to footie and then a brief foray into Leeds for Mark's benefit where I still managed to sneak in some 'end of' sales shopping

Best bit was then meeting mum in Headingley for a cuppa, some gossip and a mutual admiration of the sun setting in the sky.
