Just a Wee Tart

Pear, apple, frozen berries. What's not to like? Especially with whippy cream. Needless to say, it's gone already!

Wasn't the biggest success of the day though; that has to be my very first sourdough loaf, made from my very first starter which has been getting fed faithfully for the last fortnight. No excuses for rubbish bread now!

Was good to see the Jambos racking up another win, although they did have me worried for a while. Just another 10 wins needed....
