Away just after 8 to attend day 3 of pre-service traing. Focus today on domestic abuse and offending behaviour. Lots of discussions, some challenging beliefs and explaining what may lie behind outward appearances.

On my way to my mother-in-law's at the end of the day to take her shopping the evening sky was dramatic.
