Brown Water Snake

Another great day! I met dbifulco and her hubby at Circle B Bar Reserve in Polk County, Florida this morning. We wandered around taking in the sights and snapping a picture or two. 

Egrets, herons, baby herons, young wood storks, anhingas, cormorants, eagles, ospreys, pelicans, limpkins, swallows, alligators, snakes... They were all there, with so much more I didn't mention!

This snake was pointed out to us as we were nearing the end of our day. I was kinda proud of myself because I stayed and got a picture or two, without running away screaming like a 12 yr old girl at a Justin Beiber concert...
