We, almost invariably, leap aboard the Wii before breakfast.
That steep drop-off represents the 4lb I "lost" courtesy of the Moviprep©. Lost figuratively: I know exactly where it went and how.
The subsequent climb represents the 3lb I put back on again once my fuel tank had been topped up again.
