Still Waters

We stopped on Jekyll Island, one of Georgia's barrier islands, to break up the long drive home.

This is the Jekyll River, part of the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway, that runs on the west side of the island and separates it from the mainland.

Tomorrow night, I will sleep in my own bed and I am so looking forward to it.
