On Golden sand

I made a great dinner tonight in the Master chef Kitchen, as chief cook and bottle washer I had left overs for lunch and cooked a Silverside with mashed potatoes, beans and mixed veges and roasted pumpkin pieces in the oven. Marie enjoyed it and I was surprised at how much she ate. Marie walked  a little over 400m in total today with the cats in tow. Tonight I shot some images down at the Bay where it must have been about 25 C. It feels like the Norwester is blowing and it is hot. Marie is I think suffering with the heat and struggling to drink 3ltrs of water a day as she is a little unwell tonight.
