Rare breed sheep?

Now I don't know the first thing about sheep but I have tried to blip them on other occasions when we walk in Wimpole Hall. They always run away. So today, even though I thought I already takenthe perfect blip for today, this delightful creature let me blip him whilst eating and then turned and let me photograph his handsome face and horns.

So blip dilemma: do you post the most beautiful but one you can photograph again? Or the one you might never get again?
