Corduroy

It was such a nice day when I woke up that I went out for a longish walk - well, longish for me! 6.5 miles - and my legs certainly felt it when I got back, although that might also be because I stopped in to the supermarket on the way home and had to carry a couple of heavy bags for the last bit. 

Time for rest and a cup of tea now.
