Think spring may be about to spring - signs of greenery are appearing around Baxter's Pond in St Ives

I obeyed the signs - I already knew the water was deep - didn't engage in any water sports - and kept of the ice - there wasn't any

Had lunch out with good friends at the local pub - after this walk - good food - convivial company - a pleasant way to while away just under three hours

I even ate my greens
