The birds

Just got home after visiting old friends.( We only have old friends!!) and as I was opening the Garage doors there was such a commotion in the sky, a big flock of Jackdaws moved over the town, where they came from I don't know, but they made such a noise! What is the name for a flock of Jackdaws ?
