Help!

First Pressing. 50 years old!
Beautifully sunny today. Out for a 7 mile run in the sun. Then egg and chips. Then jobs. Including cleaning the potentiometers and switches of the amp in the man cave. Seems to be a lot better now. And, as a by-product of the reorganisation, I can now listen to records in the bath. Hmmm.
