had to pop out quickly for some essentials and it was such a beautiful day that i came back and dragged sakalasafari out for a walk and a coffee stop, armed with our library books.

we desperately searched for a free sofa in one of shrewsbury's many lovely coffee shops and eventually had to settle here. however, i'd take one of our many lovely independents over this one any day. if only they had an available sofa.

it was still a rather nice way to spend a sunday afternoon.
