Swiss Chalet - in Rabat!!

Fondu, raclette - the sliced meat is of course halal, and no wine in the fondu recipe.  Wooden panelled room, warm and cosy.  No heating in houses, so even here in Rabat, it is chilly.  A delicious fondu is novel, and makes a great, congenial meal.
