SUNDAY

Washed the cars this morning for the first time since Christmas and then drove my sparkling car through the muddy car park at Ogden Water. 

The footpaths around the reservoir were treacherous in places with packed sheet ice. People were falling, young children who were separated from their families and unable to get down the steep icy footpaths were frightened and crying. The paths should have been gritted or closed.

Then over to Oxenhope for a short trip the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway to Haworth.

Do I have to go to work tomorrow?
