Eventful

Actually, it was already eventful enough, with the morning shop walk, the very enjoyable couple of hours at the allotment, the afternoon intrepid stroll in Roslin Glen, the supermarket and the lamb dinner.  

Using the plunger to try and unblock the (never before blocked) kitchen sink, when I noticed water pouring very quickly out of the washing machine as a result.  All sorted now, but in the end not quite the relaxing Sunday evening I had in mind.
