Still lots of snow lying

There has been no new snow for more than a week, but there is still lots of snow around - I think it's because it is so cold at night the snow isn't melting.  it was such a lovely day today that J and I decided to go for a walk. He has been doing a lot of work in the house and he needed a break.  These two horses kept moving away as I tried to get a blip, but the one on the left was curious to see what I was doing.
