Where did Winter go

This Tuesday is Bald Eagle day here.  Knowing the Eagles sometimes get there days mixed up, I thought they might be here a couple of days early. Early February here should have snow and ice in this picture, but today the weather was in the 60s deg f.  

This location has historically been a way station for the Bald Eagles as they had north.  Sometimes I've seen 30-40 of these majestic birds.  But today, we only saw one.
