inspired to clean my bike

It has been sitting in the garage ever since we arrived here, getting in the way. I used to use it nearly every day. The shops were only ten minutes away and the road only had a gentle slope.

It's a different story here in Kendal. We live on Heron Hill and as the name suggests, there is a steep incline to our house. Some brave folks manage to stay on their bike right to the top, and fit young Mums push their double buggies up it without raising a sweat.

The bike is all spruced up now, ready to find a new owner.
