Frangipani ...

When we built our house there was a gorgeous old frangipani tree on the side of the block and I lectured every builder that came on site about making sure it was protected.

It is now a much loved part of our house and we have had three successful cuttings from the original that also provide a wealth of flowers and the unmistakable smell of summer.
