Pink Crepe Myrtle

Found this specimen at Wylie Park, Petrie.
Apparently a cultivar grown suitable for the Australian hot summer - Small scrub size tree.


Interesting they were given names scub as Bayou Marie, Bourbon Street, Chisam Fire, Cordon Blue, New Orleans, Delta Bush and many more.
