A Bit Of Danish

Danes do not eat danish pastries, they eat Vienna Bread. I believe this is to do with where they learnt the art from in the first place. Other things to learn here; Dagens Ret  [pro: day'ens rat ...... honestly] is the dish of the day and often the best (only) course being served. Also, gratis is a good word - it means free, free coffee in this case. The other one that looks a bit odd here is "Alle dage"  shortly followed by 9 -11, this means every day (not all day).
