My grandmother lived in a house next to one of these libraries so I always notice them . Andrew Carnegie was a very wealthy Scottish American who made a fortune and then gave most of it away ! One of those ways was to give money towards libraries - there are 660 in .Britain - so there is probably one near you !This one is along Enfield Highway.
