Tunnels in the Snow

Under the bird feeder there are tunnels in the snow that show it’s not only the birds we are feeding.
The tunnels are made by voles and/or mice who have found themselves in some sort of paradise where food just rains down from the sky.
As they tunnel around they find peanut shards and sunflower seeds buried in the snow, and if that runs out then they surface and find these foods just lying on the snow.
