Not a good move

I sat out for an hour this afternoon, I never learn my lesson and use sun cream
But when I'm on holiday I go through bottles of the stuff. I'm a bit sore tonight.

More housework this morning and a coffee with Beachball at the Floral.

Tonight was the last chance for the squad to practice their routines for the comp on Sunday, Rach's pair routine is great now but one of her trio partners didn't show up.
Done all we can now do we'll just have to see how it goes.

I really put everyone through their paces at circuit last night with 75 sit ups I'm a bit sore today.
