Out on my longest cycle with the LCC to date today - 35 miles. Enjoyed a lovely coffee stop mid route at Carnwath called The Apple Pie.

Out a walk with jasper after lunch and an evening of visiting people in hospital and for a birthday.

(Must get better at blipping on the actual day. I have had too many backblips this year)
