Old and new

Day 1 done. Interesting time - new VC, new to the review reflecting with the review team on what's gone before and what might come next. Then the Students' Union, who come across very confidently in a 'been there seen that' kind of way. I have some exceptionally anxious colleagues to support to tomorrow, think it will be a long day. But at least we're here now. Walked back late through the empty building. This is the 'join' of the old to the new. It works really well, I think.
