heart healthy challenge: day 26 of 31

This is a photo of The Arsenal on the Charles, which is where my gym is located. I took this photo from the 4th floor of the nearby parking garage. The building complex has been beautifully restored and was previously the Watertown Arsenal. And I'm happy to share that I biked for a 1/2 hour this morning.

We received yet more snow today and there's more on the way. I live in a town just a few miles from Boston, Massachusetts, USA, so I feel for anyone else who is dealing with all of this snow.
