Take off!

I love nuthatches and don't see them so very often, so was pleased to catch this one just taking off. Close second came this kingfisher with a catch in his mouth (In fact, I blipped this first but was disappointed in the quality of the image once I had uploaded it). I've back blipped a much better kingfisher shot I took a  a few years ago! There are a few more kingfisher pics from today starting here as well as snowdrops and grasses.
