The Hot Dog Cart being set up in Central Park

This fellow is very brave because the temperature is around 10 degrees.
Very few cart vendors set up shop when the weather is this cold, because, no one stops to buy.  However, a fellow has to make a
living so he is setting up his food cart for the day in Central Park.
There is almost no competition.  I hope he does well.  Coffee, Hot Dogs and Drinks.  Hope he does well enough to make it worth while.
