Dinner Date

Today was a very nice day. The weather was great, slow relaxing morning, great day at the gym with my friend Tom and spent the evening cooking with Tom and his wife Courtney at their place.
I whipped up one of the only things I can cook well! Cauliflower cheese (with broccoli, cauliflower tastes like farts!), chicken with garlic and goats cheese in the middle wrapped in bacon, mash and steamed veg. All made from scratch of course! Turns out I can make a mean cheese sauce!

Now to polish off the night with the Walking Dead and some peppermint tea! I think I'm an old man stuck in a 19 year olds body!!
