Souvenir

Another diary note rather than a true Blip.
I have been saving (savouring?) this moment.....6 week checkup at orthopaedics this morning and I can now officially discard the sling and go for a run (which I have done already anyway). The healing appears to be well on track and now some physio to get things properly mobilised again. A big thank you to the medical staff of Mammoth Hospital for the initial care and advice - obviously experts in their field when you read the small print on the label of my sling.
