A Dumb Photo

I am allowed to publish a dumb photo such as this just because my camera has told this site it was made today but I am not allowed to publish one more interesting to contributers just because the editors can read it was taken a week ago, Where is the sense or worth in this ? Where is the intellectual or creative value in just a dated photo ?
