Too cute!

The Longtails were out in force today, skittering and twittering around the place, they are just too cute!

Moving On course was good today, we have all decided to keep in touch and perhaps meet up again.  My bone scan appointment has come through for the same date as the last session so I'm not sure I will be able to make it but I have met some great folk and learnt some very powerful coping strategies and I shall look forward to us all keeping in touch.

Seemed to have a lot of phone calls and messages yesterday, all good for a change too!
