Didn't go in the Guinness brewery but did walk past it and admire the massive gates on the way to see Kilmainham Jail. Very interesting tour around the inside of the jail which was used to intern political prisoners following the Easter Rising. It was also used to jail the poor, the youngest on record being a 5 year old boy who stole a piece of old chain, intending to sell it for food. Quite a spooky place, particularly the outdoor courtyard where the rebels were executed.
