Meet the meat! (Again!)

A while back, I posted a photo of a bag of bones hung from the handle of a cellar door. I thought this was, in all likelihood, a one off. Not so, as we can see from today's photo...although this time, the bag of bones has been disposed of in a dog-shit-bin, which suggests that the depositor of the bones is not really in the line of philanthropic food-for-hounds, rather, for some obscure reason, they're unable to dispose of their own waste meat products...the more I consider this, the more it starts to confuse. The other, slightly peculiar, element to this photo and all that goes with it, is that the drop site is directly across the street from a local kindergarten...are these the remnants of the kiddies' morning snacks?
