Excellent Hair and brilliant shoes!

Was in Eat in Sauchiehall street in the afternoon for a coffee and this duo came in -  one with excellent hair and the other with the shoes!

After a few more 'hair dos'  came in and bought juice,  I twigged something must be on at the concert hall.  SO  minimal digging came up with this clip from STV.
