Waiting for Spring

The Westerpark in the middle of February is soggy, muddy, and appears to be in the state hibernation. The Kunstenhuis shown here is surrounded by other arts centers, restaurants, bars and lots of open green spaces. There are signs that this area, like a sleeping giant, will wake up after strollers, bikers, dogs, tour groups, and families disrupt the peace in the days to come.
