No floating around doing cutesy crochet for me today. Recipe testing and housework a-go-go.

This is very tasty indeed. The jury is out on what to call it though. It could be Moussagne or Lassaka. Or just A Sort of Greek/Italian Bake.

Tastes delicious, easy to make and feeds a crowd. No complaints there then.
