Walking home

Been to the gallery today, we are opening on Friday! I'm very excited. It's taking shape now and will be having a preview evening for staff in the office park on Thursday evening, with the official opening on Friday.

On the way home, I got off the train early and walked along the tow path and I saw the kingfisher again! It flew past me and sat on a branch. I tried to quickly change to a longer lens (had a 50mm on again - I don't learn!), but it flew off before I could manage it. I then had a fairly long conversation with a twitcher about it and he showed me some pics he got recently, taken on a compact camera, but through his telescope.

Next time I walk along the canal and/or river, I WILL have my telephoto lens with me and on my camera!!!!
