Shopping on a Sunday

Should simply be banned. People aggravate me far too much for me to ever be allowed in the shops on a Sunday EVER again.
Mum, Dad and Little A called in for an hour or so. We had lunch which was very much needed after spinning.
Did the shopping, washing, sorting, cleaning. Made 2 dinners- 1 for tonight and one prepped for the slow cooker. I live life in the fast lane!
