Peak Hour

I haven´t done any Artyfarty for a while. This shot wasn´t intentionally Artyfarty, though. I headed out just after sunset; there was a pink glow in the sky and I thought it might look good against the snow. By the time I walked the 2 minutes to the highway it was grey and uninteresting so I took a few shots at the crossroads. I then thought I would have a go at panning  I realised I was panning way too fast for the speed of the traffic and really needed a tripod. I will have to be better prepared to try it and perhaps read up on the technique first!
But I really liked this image when I uploaded it to the computer. Sort of Back To The Future.
